Hours:
The EXPO will open to the general public at 9:30 a.m.

and close at 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 28.

Set-Up & Take-Down:
Set-up may begin on WEDNESDAY, October 27, from 2 pm to 8:00 pm. Booths must be ready for display by 8 a.m. on Thursday, October 28 and remain intact through 4 p.m. There will be NO front door access for exhibitors to set up the morning of the event. Shopping carts provided by Kroger will be available for vendor use during set-up and takedown hours.

Each exhibitor will receive:

8’x 8’ draped display area with 6’ skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, company identification sign for booth, and exhibitor hospitality room. Silver Sponsor booths are 10ft wide x 8ft deep, Gold Sponsor booths are 16ft wide x 8 ft deep. Booth drapery will be black.

If you requested electricity, you are required to furnish your own 12-gauge 10-foot extension cord and power strip in order to access the limited electrical outlets.

If you would like to order additional furniture or accessories, please contact Classic Party Rentals at 366-0670. Payment for additional furniture or accessories you order should be made directly to Classic Party Rentals.

Takedown time will be immediately following the close of the Expo from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. We cannot be responsible for items left after 6 p.m.

“Best of Show” Contest:

1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards will be given to those vendors whose booths are outstanding in design and creativity. Dress up your booth and join in the fun!

Parking:

All exhibitors will be required to park in the exhibitor parking lot at the north side of the Community Center. Signs will be posted.

Door Prizes:
Each individual company in the EXPO has the option to have “give-a-ways” or drawings if they choose. Door prizes should have a minimum value of $25.00. The drawings will be held at 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Vendors must provide their own registration slips for the door prize give-a-ways.

Vendor Preview Breakfast - 8:00 - 9:15 a.m.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony - 9:15 a.m.

Doors open to public - 9:30 a.m.

Hospitality Suite:

Exhibitors Only
Lunch: Each booth will receive two lunch tickets to redeem for box lunches sponsored by Kroger. Silver and Gold sponsors will receive 4 and 6 lunch tickets respectively.

All Day: Beverages provided by PepsiAmericas and Kelsey Coffee and Vending.
